I’ve been empathic my entire life, but it wasn’t until I was suddenly thrown into a traumatic personal challenge involving someone close in 1994 that I dove consciously into my spirituality.
Angels, spirit guides, and all things metaphysical have been my universe ever since.
Later, at a small local bookstore in Denver, I was guided to pick up a flyer announcing a Spiritual Alchemy Program. Our instructor initiated us into the art of expanding our empathic potential and receiving intuitive information. I learned how to turn the guidance I was channeling into reliable professional readings which were yielding life-changing practical action steps for my clients.
Although I have been supporting people professionally with intuitive insight for years, I don’t believe I fit the stereotype of a crystal-ball-gazing wizard-ess living in a castle. I don’t wear flowing dresses or use typical metaphysical language. I’m not in a constant state of “tuning in.”
Thanks to my two teenage, hockey-playing sons, I am very grounded in reality, especially early in the morning when they are kicking and screaming about getting up and going to school. Although, I should say, the boys find mom’s psychic gifts to be very handy when they’re fishing for lost school work or cell phones.

My secret indulgence is chai tea. I could drink it all day every day . . . yum.
Love, love the Colorado Avalanche and I enjoy watching the boys even more when I’m at the Ball Arena here in Denver.
